Education: Pursuing a Bachelor Degree
Military: United States Army, Chief Warrant Officer 4, 2003-Present Giles oversees the day-day operations of Williams Investment Group properties. From leasing to property maintenance Giles is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations. Giles is responsible for coordinating all aspects of leasing, from posting the initial listing, scheduling tours, and coordinating move-in and move- outs. He has developed strict rental guidelines that ensure our properties are protected. Giles also oversees scheduling and project management for our property renovations and acquisitions. Since 2009 he has successfully lead numerous renovations in Georgia and Tennessee and property acquisitions.
In addition to his role at Williams Investment Group, Giles proudly serves in the 101st Division as an Aviation Unmanned Aircraft System Officer in the United States Army. Since 2003, he has deployed four times to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of counter terrorism operations in the regions. While deployed, he oversaw one of the largest army unmanned aviation operation in the United States Army. Giles is also an active volunteer in his community.

Partner and Interior Designer
Education: Tennessee State University, Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology, 2016 Samantha serves as the interior designer for all of our projects and properties. Through her tasteful design choices and fiscal savvy, she is able to ensure we are able to transform all of properties into a luxury experience for our residents or buyers. Since 2009 she has successfully developed the overall designs for our renovations in Georgia and Tennessee. In addition to overseeing all design choices for our properties, Samantha also oversees maintenance and improvements.
Outside of her role at Williams Investment Group, Samantha proudly served as a speech-language pathologist. Samantha’s leadership has not gone unnoticed by her supervisors and she is proven and efficient leader in all of her endeavors. Samantha is also an active volunteer in her community. Samantha now serves as an affiliate broker and realtor.
Giving Back to the Community
Giles Williams proudly serves not only his country but his community as well! Being the change he wants to see, Giles in partnership with HBI, volunteers his time and services to Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County TN. Habitat for humanity of Montgomery County TN's Mission is to paint Clarksville-Montgomery County Tennessee as a region where hard-working families can own homes in healthy, safe neighborhoods with access to jobs, transportation, and quality schools.
